چکیده
The study explores the aspects of job satisfaction related to employee's intention quit in presence fatigue and can help decision-makers administrators Jordanian private banking sector retain highly qualified employees. current research attempted investigate relationship between through its dimensions (satisfaction with pay, promotion, co-workers, emergency bonuses, nature work, communication organization), a (remuneration, work? Health problems ineffective driving). was conducted on commercial banks. descriptive analytical method used sample selected from community represented by (Alhli-Bank, Arab Bank, Islamic Bank). After conducting tests, concluded that there is significant correlation smoking. recommends motivating employees reviewing wages, promotions, bonus policies light results.
